Ali was very thorough, meticulous, and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the process. Be it the choice of essay topic or shortlisting a college, or making the decision to ED to a specific college, Ali was always there to guide our daughter patiently and effectively.  She provided us an in-depth information on all college choices, followed through the submission deadlines, and was proactive in every step of the process. She is aware of the changing college requirements, school pressures and commitments of the Seniors, and, above all, how to deal with the procrastinating nature of teenagers. Ali was phenomenal through every step of the process — listening to the story of a rather circuitous journey through high school during Covid, drafting and redrafting many different versions of a personal statement until our senior felt satisfied that her voice was being conveyed, preparing countless iterations of a college list as we all continually refined what kind of school would be the best environment, gently encouraging all deadlines to be met with plenty of time to spare, and not least, being remarkably available for many different versions of strategy calls with these anxious parents! The end result — after many last-minute changes of plans and priorities — was our child’s admission to a highly selective liberal arts college that we would not have considered nor had the correct strategy to pursue without Ali’s guidance and expertise. We are incredibly grateful, and would recommend Ali without reservation.

Ali was super helpful in helping to guide me though the whole college application process.
